As Commercial Director, Geoff leads and manages the commercial aspects of GTA’s office fit-out projects and business operations, ensuring projects are delivered profitably while supporting the company’s continued growth. From developing detailed costs and technical responses to managing commercial risk and maintaining strong client relationships, Geoff plays a key role throughout the project lifecycle and in securing new business. His competitive nature, technical knowledge and wealth of industry experience allow him to navigate the challenges of complex projects while keeping both the client and commercial objectives firmly in focus.

With over 14 years of experience in the design industry, specializing in the commercial office sector for the past decade. Seniz extensive background equips her with a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends, allowing her to effectively manage projects of all sizes. From initial briefing and conceptual stages to design sign-off and final delivery, Seniz brings a comprehensive skill set and expert knowledge to each project, ensuring exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction. “For me, design is about creating spaces that not only look good but also enhance the way people work and feel”

Chris, our dedicated Finance Manager, has over 10 years of experience primarily in the Team Travel & Events industry. Known for his attention to detail and analytical skills, Chris excels in transactional finance, month-end and management reporting, and implementing efficient finance processes. His commitment to accuracy and efficiency makes him an invaluable asset to GTA. "The dedication to anticipating and covering every aspect of a clients needs, down to the tiniest detail, is what sets GTA apart from the rest"

With over 12 years of experience in pre-construction and project management, Amber excels in coordinating pre-construction phases to meet clients' cost and time objectives. She is skilled in managing project risks and preparing comprehensive contracts with appropriate insurance clauses. Amber’s focus on open communication and collaboration fosters trusting client relationships. Known for her hands-on leadership style, she effectively aligns project teams and stakeholders, creating a culture of teamwork and mutual respect to ensure smooth, successful project delivery. “I want to build a partnership with the client with communication and transparency. The most successful projects I have been apart of come with collaboration”

Sophie brings significant value to GTA with her strong organizational skills, proactive nature, and forward-thinking approach. Her experience in events management and administration ensures efficient and smooth office operations. She excels in handling professional communication, managing documentation, and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events seamlessly. Sophie's ability to streamline processes and maintain accurate records supports decision-making and enhances overall productivity. As our registered ARB architect, David’s role is integral in ensuring that our projects adhere to specific design standards, whilst meeting the needs of our clients. Not only does he ensure that all services are integrated and construction-ready, but he also takes on the important responsibility of being our resident office 'Coffee Connoisseur'. Just like his commitment to making the perfect cup of coffee, David's meticulous attention to detail guarantees that his team's drawings are not only crafted with consistent precision but also executed according to plan. “At GTA, we guide our clients through the process of transforming ideas into reality.”

Candice is a highly experienced Project Manager with over 10 years in the construction and fit-out industry. She has successfully delivered a diverse range of complex projects, demonstrating strength in programme planning, procurement, commercial management, and technical coordination. Candice is known for her proactive problem-solving approach, ensuring projects run smoothly while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and safety. Her ability to manage multiple project elements with precision and confidence makes her a key asset to our team. Candice’s expertise and leadership contribute significantly to the successful delivery of our thoughtfully designed environments. "Being a Project Manager is about guiding a space from concept to completion - problem-solving along the way and bringing teams together to achieve a shared vision. That journey is what I find incredibly rewarding."

“A dedicated team is allocated for the complete life & aftercare of a project We see our promises through to the end and apply as much care and attention to our projects as we would if they were our own workplace.” Angelle leads our design teams and oversees our client liaison from concept through to delivery and completion. Angelle is the creative mastermind behind the overall design of our large scale, complex projects, and she has a genuine excitement and passion for innovative, groundbreaking design and architecture. Angelle oversees the initial brief, workplace analysis and design concepts for our clients, nurturing them through the project to delivery and completion. Being both a leader and mentor to GTA’s team of talented interior designers, architects, technical and furniture specialists, it is her innovative approach to design that ensures GTA maintains its best-in-class reputation and the most innovative designs. What sets GTA apart from other design firms, she says, is our meaningful client partnerships which far span just the period of one project, “Clients become our partners for life and we support their workplace requirements as their real estate grows, shifts and changes.”

With a degree in Interior Architecture and Design, Sophie is a knowledgeable and vibrant member of our design team. More recently, her design and ESG knowledge has contributed to a large landlord project ensuring sustainability is integrated within the design from the outset to ensure accreditations such as BREEAM, Well and ActiveScore are achievable. Sophie has made a valuable impact on her team by going above and beyond to ensure that both colleagues and clients feel at ease and valued. “Our culture is fun and approachable, I feel nurtured and valued with a clear path of progression.”

Sally is our creative powerhouse. As Design Manager, she works closely with the team to bring our projects to life and ensures design resource is scheduled, and projects are appropriately supported. From initial concept through to delivery, Sally is involved every step of the way. Her creativity doesn't end when she finishes work for the day– she also channels her design skills into beautiful carpentry projects at home. “We really strive to understand how our clients’ businesses tick, and then use this to enhance the design and build process.”

GTA’s Site Manager, Lee, brings our designers’ visions to life. He oversees all our trade contractors to ensure the team work seamlessly and that our projects are delivered on time and to schedule. Lee is committed to prioritising the health, safety, and overall well-being of our workforce while they are on site, ensuring that not only are we focused on designing remarkable workplaces, but that we also guarantee their safe delivery. “It’s only when we push ourselves beyond our limits that we find out what we are really capable of.”

“It’s the passion we have for the work we do which truly sets us apart from other firms.” James is our chartered accountant, responsible for the overall financial health of the business as well as implementing and maintaining systems and processes to drive our business in the direction of financial success. James joined GTA in 2023, and with a background as a chartered accountant he continues to bring a wealth of expertise to the finance function. But James is more than just a numbers man – he thrives on the challenge of improving our finance processes to support the growth and development of our business. During his time with us he has effectively expanded the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance processes to ensure the department support the rest of the business as it continues to grow and develop. James is integral to business strategy; risk analysing and prequalifying new business opportunities. James is a firm believer in the strength of team collaboration, and his leadership style nurtures the bond between the finance function and the sales, design and construction teams.

Terry is an experienced Business Development Manager with 17 years in the corporate design and build sector, bringing extensive industry knowledge and a strong track record of developing meaningful client relationships. He plays a key role in the early stages of engagement, coordinating research, managing logistics, and arranging appointments to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey. Known for his tenacity and proactive mindset, Terry consistently identifies opportunities that drive growth. His professionalism and commitment to excellence make him a trusted partner and a key contributor to delivering high-quality, innovative environments. “My aim is to create a strong first impression of GTA, ensuring every prospective client feels confident, supported, and at ease from the very first interaction.”

Roger works closely with our Project Managers to ensure smooth operations onsite. As well as overseeing the daily running of our projects onsite which includes monitoring their progress and timelines, Roger is our health and safety go-to, and he takes pride in building strong relationships with our sub-contractors and clients. Roger is proud to have successfully balanced work and home-life at GTA, something that is incredibly important to him. “Time with family is always the most precious.”

Matt brings over 13 years of experience in business development, account management, and client engagement, with a proven ability to build lasting relationships and support business growth. As Business Development Executive, he takes a consultative approach to helping organisations navigate their workplace and fit out requirements, creating tailored solutions that deliver long-term value. Known for his professionalism, approachable style, and strong communication skills, Matt is passionate about understanding client needs, building trusted partnerships, and delivering exceptional experiences from the first conversation through to successful project delivery. “Successful partnerships start with trust, open communication and a clear understanding of our clients’ ambitions. We believe the strongest relationships are built by listening first and delivering value every step of the way.”

Oslo is our lively and loveable resident office dog who has been a loyal member of the GTA team for the past year. His job is to work the room which he does effortlessly, lifting spirits and demanding constant attention. He is happiest when playing tug-of-war with his colleagues, eating absolutely anything, and chasing squirrels on his lunch break. Oslo has been caught sleeping on the job on more than one occasion, but we wouldn’t change him for the world. "Woof Woof"
