Sally is our creative powerhouse. As Design Manager, she works closely with the team to bring our projects to life and ensures design resource is scheduled, and projects are appropriately supported. From initial concept through to delivery, Sally is involved every step of the way. Her creativity doesn't end when she finishes work for the day– she also channels her design skills into beautiful carpentry projects at home. “We really strive to understand how our clients’ businesses tick, and then use this to enhance the design and build process.”

With over 14 years of experience in the design industry, specializing in the commercial office sector for the past decade. Seniz extensive background equips her with a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends, allowing her to effectively manage projects of all sizes. From initial briefing and conceptual stages to design sign-off and final delivery, Seniz brings a comprehensive skill set and expert knowledge to each project, ensuring exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction. “For me, design is about creating spaces that not only look good but also enhance the way people work and feel”

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICAL LEAD

As our registered ARB architect, David’s role is integral in ensuring that our projects adhere to specific design standards, whilst meeting the needs of our clients. Not only does he ensure that all services are integrated and construction-ready, but he also takes on the important responsibility of being our resident office 'Coffee Connoisseur'. Just like his commitment to making the perfect cup of coffee, David's meticulous attention to detail guarantees that his team's drawings are not only crafted with consistent precision but also executed according to plan. “At GTA, we guide our clients through the process of transforming ideas into reality.”

PROJECT DESIGNER

With a degree in Interior Architecture and Design, Sophie is a knowledgeable and vibrant member of our design team. More recently, her design and ESG knowledge has contributed to a large landlord project ensuring sustainability is integrated within the design from the outset to ensure accreditations such as BREEAM, Well and ActiveScore are achievable. Sophie has made a valuable impact on her team by going above and beyond to ensure that both colleagues and clients feel at ease and valued. “Our culture is fun and approachable, I feel nurtured and valued with a clear path of progression.”

Highly knowledgeable and proactive in creating furniture solutions that tick all the boxes, Georgina is our furniture expert. Georgina can often be found meeting with key suppliers and vendors and visiting London showrooms to ensure she’s armed with the very latest trends and products on the market. Our clients can feel confident that they are in safe hands and her passion for great design shines through in every project. “Our outward image reflects our internal values, and the whole team cares about delivering a quality service.”

Our on-budget go-to and self-confessed golf fanatic, Geoff brings financial and technical expertise to the sales process. His 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and competitive nature serve him incredibly well in his role developing detailed costs and technical responses and he plays a pivotal role in securing new business. “My career defining project was a steep learning curve for me, but it has set me up for most challenges in business.”

With over 12 years of experience in pre-construction and project management, Amber excels in coordinating pre-construction phases to meet clients' cost and time objectives. She is skilled in managing project risks and preparing comprehensive contracts with appropriate insurance clauses. Amber’s focus on open communication and collaboration fosters trusting client relationships. Known for her hands-on leadership style, she effectively aligns project teams and stakeholders, creating a culture of teamwork and mutual respect to ensure smooth, successful project delivery. “I want to build a partnership with the client with communication and transparency. The most successful projects I have been apart of come with collaboration”

Sophie's ability to streamline processes and maintain accurate records supports decision-making and enhances overall productivity. GTA’s Site Manager, Lee, brings our designers’ visions to life. He oversees all our trade contractors to ensure the team work seamlessly and that our projects are delivered on time and to schedule. Lee is committed to prioritising the health, safety, and overall well-being of our workforce while they are on site, ensuring that not only are we focused on designing remarkable workplaces, but that we also guarantee their safe delivery. “It’s only when we push ourselves beyond our limits that we find out what we are really capable of.”

Peter has been in the commercial sector for 18 years, working across construction, traditional fit-out, and design & build fit-out. With expertise in estimating, commercial management, and preconstruction planning, Peter brings a strong ability to manage projects to budget while ensuring quality and efficiency. His deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience enables him to guide projects from concept to completion successfully. "What I enjoy most is partnering with clients and the GTA team, by listening and collaborating to deliver successful and meaningful projects in challenging circumstances"

Candice is a highly experienced Project Manager with over 10 years in the construction and fit-out industry. She has successfully delivered a diverse range of complex projects, demonstrating strength in programme planning, procurement, commercial management, and technical coordination. Candice is known for her proactive problem-solving approach, ensuring projects run smoothly while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and safety. Her ability to manage multiple project elements with precision and confidence makes her a key asset to our team. Candice’s expertise and leadership contribute significantly to the successful delivery of our thoughtfully designed environments. Roger works closely with our Project Managers to ensure smooth operations onsite. As well as overseeing the daily running of our projects onsite which includes monitoring their progress and timelines, Roger is our health and safety go-to, and he takes pride in building strong relationships with our sub-contractors and clients. Roger is proud to have successfully balanced work and home-life at GTA, something that is incredibly important to him. “Time with family is always the most precious.”

Chris, our dedicated Finance Manager, has over 10 years of experience primarily in the Team Travel & Events industry. Known for his attention to detail and analytical skills, Chris excels in transactional finance, month-end and management reporting, and implementing efficient finance processes. His commitment to accuracy and efficiency makes him an invaluable asset to GTA. He plays a key role in the early stages of engagement, coordinating research, managing logistics, and arranging appointments to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey. Known for his tenacity and proactive mindset, Terry consistently identifies opportunities that drive growth. His professionalism and commitment to excellence make him a trusted partner and a key contributor to delivering high-quality, innovative environments. “My aim is to create a strong first impression of GTA, ensuring every prospective client feels confident, supported, and at ease from the very first interaction.”

RESIDENT OFFICE PUP

Oslo is our lively and loveable resident office dog who has been a loyal member of the GTA team for the past year. His job is to work the room which he does effortlessly, lifting spirits and demanding constant attention. He is happiest when playing tug-of-war with his colleagues, eating absolutely anything, and chasing squirrels on his lunch break. Oslo has been caught sleeping on the job on more than one occasion, but we wouldn’t change him for the world. "Woof Woof"
