Following the success of previous global projects with our client FNZ, GTA have completed the full design and build of their new offices in Gurugram, India.

Taking the space from complete shell and core, GTA carried out a full fitout of the space, including installing new WC’s, mechanical and electrical, raised access flooring and UPS, through to the CAT B fitout of the space, in the FNZ signature style.

We worked with local partners to ensure we complied with local regulations, and multi- layered landlord approvals process.

Local products were utilised as much as possible to minimise any shipping, helping to speed up the programme and support the local economy.

By working closely with the local teams, this newest FNZ office provides a workplace in keeping with local culture. For example, a Bain marie was provided within the canteen area, enabling FNZ to provide their workforce with a hot meal everyday.

A mix of open plan desking and breakout collaboration areas, teamed with fully Audio visual enabling meeting rooms. The end result is sleek and modern office environment, able to facilitate new ways of working.
