GTA have completed the CAT B fit out of this Grade 2 listed Heritage building in the heart of the City of London on behalf of Raymond James.

Raymond James is a rapidly growing wealth management firm supporting wealth managers and their clients located across the UK. They required their new office to reflect the companies brand and ethos, providing a welcoming, warm, professional environment for both visitors and staff.

With the building being situated within the Guildhall Conservation area, special consideration in the design of the space was undertaken, taking into account the heritage status of the building.

Period features of the building such as the original Juliett Windows have been retained and re-furbished. The new meeting rooms include feature wall panelling details, enhancing the original period details, whilst crittal glazing brings a modern edge.

Feature joinery slats separate the front of house client area from the open plan office, whilst maintaining an open feel.

The end result is modern, bright space which compliments the architectural history of the building.
