With an ongoing relationship of over 10 years, GTA have undertaken 4 phases of design and build works at Clifford Street offices including the latest atrium project with a connecting spiral stair case, knock through between the two listed Georgian buildings and the modern extension.

GTA liaised with the landlords of all 3 buildings and provided two complex structural knock through linking corridors to allow the Brown Rudnick teams to flow between their buildings and better internal communication.

The once underused atrium space was refurbished addressing acoustic problems and added a spiral stair creating a direct connection between the ground floor visitor entrance and the atrium corporate event space.

An acoustic consultant was appointed to carry out tests and confirm the specialist Danish acoustic wall panelling and other acoustic treatment would achieve the required absorption levels.

GTA took design from Riba stage 3 following receipt of initial design concepts by the client architects.

The latest phase of works converted the clubroom at No 8 Clifford Street linking corridors so teams could collaborate in a club room style environment working on cases in a relaxed environment.

Fit Out works at Brown Rudnick were completed out of working hours and in tenant occupancy.
