Continuing our work on over 15 FNZ offices worldwide, and to align with FNZ's global growth strategy, GTA delivered a stunning 25,000 sq.ft workspace for FNZ Boston. Maximising the breathtaking views of Boston Seaport and airport at every point, FNZ’s new workplace follows a globally consistent design and showcases a space that carefully considers hybrid working, flexibility and collaboration.

HOW WE DID IT...

Following the launch of FNZ Trust company, a new US wealth management venture, FNZ invested in their new Boston Massachusetts office to support their growth strategy in North America.   Residing at One Marina Drive, in Boston's premium Seaport District, FNZ partnered with GTA to deliver 25,000 sq.ft on 13th floor with fantastic views of the seaport and Boston airport.   In 2020 GTA completed the design and build of FNZ's London HQ in Bishopsgate. Since then, GTA have worked alongside FNZ's global growth; designing, building and delivering more than 15 FNZ offices worldwide.   The interior architecture follows signature design features of exposed services, monochrome colour scheme with added warmth through bespoke timber joinery and furniture specification. All curated by GTA for a globally consistent workplace design.   The seaport views are the focus of the design for the FNZ Boston office; client showcase meeting rooms frame the seaport views, and every working position benefits from full height windows and natural daylight.   All FNZ global offices have successfully transitioned to hybrid working. FNZ's Boston office was the first to have been designed to new ways of working from the outset.   Collaboration areas offer a variety of flexible furniture settings for focus work, teamwork, virtual meetings promoting activity-based working. All offices are hot desking offices furnished to double up as internal meeting rooms.   The staff cafe area overflows into further collaboration spaces, with choice to section off or expand and open into a large town hall area for staff all hands.   FNZ's exciting global growth continues as we soon see completion of FNZ New York, Johannesburg and India.
