As part of their continued growth, FNZ engaged GTA to carry out the full design and build of their fantastic new central Edinburgh office. Following extensive consultation with GTA’s workplace team FNZ have adopted new ways of working within a flexible office design that is unique to their people and culture.

HOW WE DID IT...

FNZ occupy multiple floors at 20 West Register Street; it was of upmost importance to ensure the design of their new office harmoniously linked the floors.
 The heart of their new home offers a large breakout and teapoint area on the middle floor – acting as the staff meeting place. A multi-function space, it’s where people come together for recreation, informal meetings, collaboration, and all hands meetings.
 The design maximises the amazing 360 views of Edinburgh providing everyone with the best seat in the house. The visitor reception area and meeting room suite are placed on the top floor creating instant wow factor and brand presence.
 Incorporating the FNZ brand look and feel, with striking black and white, with softer woods and highlights of yellow this office showcases the FNZ global workplace design. Angled acoustic wooden slats in the FNZ reception area are mirrored in the main building entrance, marking the FNZ identity as soon as you enter the building.
 A mix of hotdesking and collaboration furniture enable a flexible work environment allowing FNZ to adapt for future expansion.
