Design and build works to Somerset House included a fully refurbished building reception, new entrance canopy, exterior landscaping, and signage. Clear and consistent building signage as well as the new accessible entrance elevate the building approach and provide a deserving sense of arrival. A full refresh to the external façade of the building includes refurbishing the existing windows, and deep clean of the brickwork. The first building to offer in Redhill, GTA installed electric car charge points to The Somerset House car park.
 Full reconfiguration and refurbishment of the buildings core toilets provide high quality facilities to both existing and prospective tenants. The scope of works included the construction of a brand-new shower block and cycle store facilities within the under-croft carpark. In addition to communal areas, GTA also carried out the works to vacated floorplates, bringing it up to CAT A standard inclusive of new mechanical and electrical services, ready for new tenants.
