HOW WE DID IT...

Raymond James required their new office to reflect the company’s brand and ethos, providing a welcoming, warm, professional environment for both visitors and staff.
 With the building being situated within the Guildhall Conservation area, special consideration was made to design to the heritage status of the building.
 Period features of the building such as the original Juliett Windows have been retained and re-furbished. The new meeting rooms include feature wall panelling details, enhancing the original period details, whilst crittal glazing brings a modern edge. Feature joinery slats separate the front of house client area from the open plan office, whilst maintaining an open feel. The end result is modern, bright space which compliments the architectural history of the building.
