HOW WE DID IT...

GTA have completed initial phases, delivering a full refurbishment of the main reception area, incorporating a new communal coffee lounge area with refreshment facilities and touchdown work spaces, as well as a visitors waiting area. The existing basement area has been converted into new shower and bike storage facility providing key services to tenants. The full CAT A refurbishment to the Ground floor office spaces, includes new M&E throughout with industrial exposed services all designed to be future proofed for multi-tenant demise reconfiguration.
 GTA continue into the next phase of CAT A refurbishment to upper floors and the planning process for a new entrance approach. Development of our ready to work, CAT A+ concept is underway.
