GTA delivered a strategic relocation for Ryan Specialty’s new 45,000 sq ft London headquarters, creating a destination workplace that reflects the firm’s credibility, culture, and growth ambitions. Through evidence-based workplace strategy and bespoke design, the three-floor space supports collaboration, client engagement, and future expansion while reinforcing brand identity, wellbeing, and sustainability.

    • 3 Floors spanning 45,000sqft

    • Bespoke internal staircase connecting 3rd & 4th floors

    • 4th floor serves as the social hub of the workplace 

    • The 6th floor is the client- focused zone with a 28-person conference room 

    • Acoustic performance was a key priority for Ryan Specialty
