From outset to delivery

In partnering with GTA Interior you will be assigned a project director and dedicated team consisting of project managers, designers, surveyors, M&E and specialist consultants. It is this team that work with you from the outset, from understanding the brief, space planning and detailed design through to site management and project delivery.


The project manager will lead the project on site holding regular sub-contractor meetings to ensure all elements of works are coordinated, the programme is adhered to and there is continuous quality control, snagging all the way through the build not just at the end.


The project manager completes all necessary health and safety checks and liaises with building control so all elements of works comply with workplace standards and regulations. Regular client meetings are scheduled providing progress updates allowing you to experience the project development and see it flourish. Having a single point of contact allows you to continue with your normal business operation with the peace of mind that your project is in safe hands.

Sustainability

For GTA Interior sustainability is not necessarily specialist area it has become the norm and a key influencer in our design and build solutions. Sustainability is considered and integrated throughout project stages and our approach.

Sustainable office optimisation
Adopting workplace consultancy investigates if you are using your office space efficiently. Designers at GTA Interior apply their findings and innovative space saving solutions when space planning your new office saving approximately 20% of the net internal area (NIA). This is turn will save 20% of your project costs for services, fit out, furniture, rates, etc.

Material selection
When selecting materials and finishes GTA Interior consider sustainable sourcing, transportation distance, longevity, recycle content and recyclability at the end of products life cycle. There are many products that are not only made from recyclable material but also come with a buy back scheme, recycling that same product again at end of use.

Mechanical & Electrical services
When generating lighting schemes and controls GTA Interior carry out light level calculations, promote LED specification and daylight and occupancy sensor controls in line with Part L -

Conservation of Fuel & Power.
The same approach is adopted when designing and adapting existing mechanical systems and even during space planning stages cross ventilation is considered when deciding placement of rooms.
